Hygienists today are highly trained professionals who play an integral role in the health of their patients.  Our team includes a Registered Dental Hygienist, Jeanna Schaffhauser, and she has special training, education, and experience in the care of aesthetic dental work.  In fact, she attends many continuing education courses, right along side our doctors, and she regularly attends as many courses as most dentists are required to.

Jeanna performs hygienic teeth cleanings for our patients, as well as scaling and root planning procedures with attention to the special needs of the cosmetic dental materials commonly used today.  She also has vast experience with the latest whitening techniques, periodontal and soft tissue management, home care education, and preventive tooth and gum care.  Jeanna places a special emphasis on providing all dental care services with a little “TLC” and gently responds to the need and preferences of each individual client.
